Faf du Plessis Arrives

Ramsbottom cricket chairman & club secretary both heaved a sigh of relief this morning when it was confirmed that pro Faf du Plessis had cleared immigration at Heathrow and was on his way to Manchester. After many weeks of hard behind the scenes work by the pair here and the continued hard work by Faf himself in South Africa, we can now look to him making his long awaited debut in Saturday's local derby with arch rivals Haslingden at Bentgate.
