Keith Webb holds aloft the Worsley Cup after Ramsbottom's success against Todmorden last season. Tomorrow see's the annual Lancashire League opener at Acre Bottom, with cup winners Ramsbottom up against the league champions Accrington. At stake the Ron Singleton Cup. Ramsbottom will this year be captained by the returning Jon Fielding who has has a successful career in the local leagues as pro at Clitheroe, Baxenden & Walshaw. Ramsbottom have some changes to there line up with Jamie Pilling & Andy Caunce  both making there Rammy debuts, Jamie joining us from Walshaw & Andy from East Lancashire. It remains for me to wish everyone a happy and dare i say "SUNNY" cricket season..
